-Cancellation 7+ days before reservation date will result in reservation deposit to be fully refunded.

-Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of reservation deposit. 

-Cancellation 1 to 2 days before reservation date will result in no refund of reservation deposit. 

-Inclement weather Cancellation will result in partial or full refund at owners discretion. 

-Security deposits are collected at the beginning of rental and is refunded when boat is returned undamaged, clean and on time. Excessive cleaning,  damage or missing items will be deducted from security deposit.
