NO OPERATION OF ANY VESSEL IS PERMITTED FROM DUSK TILL DAWN

Operation of any vessel from Dusk (Sunset) till Dawn (Sunrise) will result in the loss of Security Deposit.

All rentals include life jackets, paddles, all safety equipment and insurance in the pricing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy, Security deposits.

-Cancellation 7+ days before reservation date will result in reservation deposit to be fully refunded.

-Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of reservation deposit.

-Cancellation 1 to 2 days before reservation date will result in no refund of reservation deposit.

-Inclement weather Cancellation will result in partial refund at owners discretion.

-Security deposits are collected at the beginning of rental and is refunded when boat is returned undamaged, clean and full of fuel. Empty fuel tanks, excessive cleaning, damage or missing items will be deducted from security deposit.

We are locally owned, and family operated. Our team consists of a Certified marine technician and a lifelong Lake Murray resident.
